Orders

I received the wrong item

If you received the wrong item, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you have an account, you can request the correct item by visiting the My Account page, selecting the relevant order, and clicking "Request Return." Please choose the reason as “Received the wrong item” and write a note requesting the correct item. Since we don’t accept returns, you don’t need to send the incorrect item back. Once processed, we will ship the correct item to you.

I am missing items in my order

If items are missing from your order, we apologize for the oversight. Please contact us at business@allfoodsafrica.com with your order details, and we’ll work to get the missing items sent to you as quickly as possible.

I received damaged items in my order

If your items arrived damaged, we’re very sorry. Please contact us at business@allfoodsafrica.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged items, if possible. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

If you need to update the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at business@allfoodsafrica.com with your order number and new address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to update the shipping address for you.

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

If you need to modify your order after placing it, please contact us promptly at business@allfoodsafrica.com with your order number and requested changes. While we can’t guarantee modifications, we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Delivery

Is In-store Pickup available?

We currently do not offer an in-store pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to the provided delivery address.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package may arrive in a few days. Meanwhile, check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package still hasn’t arrived after a few days, please contact us at business@allfoodsafrica.com for assistance.

My order hasn’t been delivered

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the delivery status with the shipping provider. If you haven’t received shipping confirmation or have further questions about your order, please contact us.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

How do I track the delivery of my order

Once your item has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number on the shipping provider’s website to track your order. Note that tracking details may take some time to update.

Delivery is expensive. Are there ways to reduce shipping costs?

We have some tips to help minimize delivery costs:

  • Free delivery for purchases over $400, with a maximum cap of $1,000.
  • Consolidate multiple items into one order to reduce delivery fees.
  • Sign up for our email list to receive updates on discounts and promotions at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, we plan to expand to international shipping soon.

Returns & Refunds

I changed my mind. Can I return my item?

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

My item is damaged. Can I get a refund?

If you received a damaged item, please contact us at business@allfoodsafrica.com with a description and photo of the issue, if applicable. We’ll assess the situation and may provide a refund or replacement.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
